MAS' extra virgin olive oil

This extra virgin olive oil is a coupage of olive varieties: 
Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Vodnjanska Buža and Istarska bjelica. 
This blend has an intense and very refined aroma with distinct characteristics of freshly cut grass, while the flavor is dominated by green almonds. 
It’s medium-intense oil with mild bitterness and spiciness. 
Olives are delicately picked by hand in our groves 
and cold pressed within a few hours of the harvest.
Harvested at an early stage of maturity.
